Exhibition during the Silesian Science Festival presenting outcomes of a semester project in the Interaction Design & Research Studio
About
Everything Everywhere All at Once was an exhibition developed with students from the Interaction Design & Research Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice and presented during the Silesian Science Festival. The project investigated the environmental impact of artificial intelligence by collecting and interpreting data related to energy consumption, emissions, and the infrastructures that sustain AI technologies. These findings were translated into spatial, visual, and narrative formats designed for a public audience. The exhibition was structured around three scales—micro, meso, and macro—moving from personal devices and user behaviour to servers, infrastructures, and broader systemic responsibility. The project connected ecological awareness with critical design practice and public engagement, creating a space where research became both educational and experiential.
